| Carmen was born on Cinco de Mayo - and she's definately worth celebrating! She was our only filly in 2011. Out of our Dutch WB mare, Lauren Van Graf, and by our own FEI stallion, LSH Cadence In Color, this filly is a dressage rider's dream! She is a lovely bay pinto - she'll turn heads wherever she goes - and she knows how to pose!
Carmen is pretty - with a lovely head and elegant topline, and her father's fabulous hind end. Her dam consistently throws a great walk and canter - combine that with Cadence's ability to sit and collect. Carmen already does beautiful flying changes when she plays, and has lovely uphill movement. She is also friendly and confident.
Carmen received a Blue Preferred at her AWS inspection - in spite of being very growthy and younger then all the other foals. The inspector commented on her walk overstep; good use of topline, good rhythm, and balance, and her good trot lengthenings. She ended up as 3rd highest scoring filly in 2011! Carmen is not currently offered for sale.
